The chains may be to do with the fact it is in one of the roughest parts of town – which in true London style is cheek by jowl with the homes of some notorious millionaires.
Well I'm stapling me gob shut before it's done for me!
Although I would have thought the notorious would have had other uses for their chains, a body of water and a bag of round circle :)
The nearest millionaire to this shot is Richard Branson. Anything further I said about chains, dead bodies and the bearded one could get me into trouble so I should stop now.
Nice comp that takes you on a journey with the sociological difference between the building and boat.
